Freight Costs

There is a flat fee of $4.95 for delivery anywhere in mainland New Zealand ( $3.50 surcharge for rural deliveries )

Less any discount offered by your Veterinarian from time to time.

Certain items may attract a freight surcharge (e.g extra large parcels, goods classified as dangerous, or those requiring cold storage). Unless the surcharge is indicated on the product listing, the flat fee of $4.95 will apply.

Delivery

No overseas orders accepted, deliveries to mainland New Zealand only.

Delivery is made by courier and usually arrives within 2-3 business days. Your parcel will be delivered to your nominated address, either at home or your workplace. No signature is required for delivery, and you can provide instructions (e.g to leave at back door).

In Clinic pick up

Some products are available for in clinic pick up only, or in clinic pick up as an option. You can order these products as normal and arrange payment when you pick them up from the clinic. If you are unsure about any product, please "ask the vet". Products that have to be picked up at the clinic are clearly labelled. Where in clinic pick up is an option, you will have this choice available on check out.

Request a Quote

Some products do not have prices displayed and are only available for In clinic pick up. You can "request a quote" to enquire re product availability, pricing and arrange to be picked up in clinic.

Payment

You can pay by credit card, or by direct debit. Payment is required  prior to shipping orders.

All products available on this site have been selected by your own vet, the professional who knows your pet best. Your vet can answer your questions, provide product advice and approve your prescription orders.

The shipping and delivery of your order is provided by Vetfirst, based in Auckland.

Your Guarantee

• All goods are carefully packed. Should the goods be damaged upon delivery, please contact Vetfirst so we can rectify the problem.
• If you are not happy with the goods you receive, please contact Vetfirst within 14 days. We may be able to offer a replacment or refund.
• If there is any delay in processing your order (e.g goods are out of stock), we will notify you immediately of the expected delivery date. You may choose to proceed with or cancel your order.
• To protect you from credit card fraud, Vetfirst uses fully secure shopping cart technology.
• Vetfirst complies with all regulations to protect your privacy, and we do not disclose or sell any of your personal information.
